Mid-Autumn Day: A Solo Celebration

As the Mid-Autumn Day approaches, the entire country erupts in celebration. The streets are brimming with life, filled with couples embracing each other tightly. Yet, here I stand, all alone, without a companion to hold, without a warm kiss, without anyone to share this special moment.

Walking aimlessly down the street, I witness lovers embracing and kissing. I find myself standing alone, watching fireworks explode in the sky. Each burst of light reminds me of the brightness in my life that is yet to come.

As I stroll back home, an idea dawns upon me: I must be kind to myself. So, I decide to buy myself a present. A small teddy bear catches my eye, and I know that this is just the beginning of my journey towards self-love and self-acceptance.

I am confident that soon I will be better, and I will find my Mr. Right. Tonight, this little teddy bear will sleep with me, a silent companion in this moment of solitude. And I know, there will be another bear, a bear that represents a gift from a lover, not one bought by myself.
