A report shoed that environntal problems kill 3 million children under five years old each year, making them one of the key ntributors in more than 10 million child deaths orldise each year.
Dangerous factors include indoor and outdoor air pollution, ater pollution, lack of good hygiene facilities and poor elogical systems , it said.
Another study shoed that parents and experts from seven untries including the United States, India and Nigeria, regarded pollution as the biggest threat to children's natural living environnt.
Many parents say that children today are being brought up ith feer blue skies than hen they ere little kids.

Vera Lehmann, an expert from Germany says many Chinese are increasingly aare of polluted. "I as surprised to find ho much schools in China are illing to ntribute to educating the children on environnt," Lehmann said.
