　　Recently, one ne disease NCP (新型冠状病毒肺炎) broke out in Wuhan. It has spread to other c___1____, including the United States and Japan. 　　The World Health Organization (WHO) has declared (宣布) the ne ronavirus (冠状病毒) outbreak a global public health ergency after the spread of the disease across the orld. WHO made the decision in its third eting about the ronavirus, after it decided not to take such a step in the first to etings.

　　Officially called a Public Health Ergency of International Concern (PHEIC), it is nsidered to be a public health risk through the international spread of disease. It suggests a serious, sudden and unusual situation in hich the orld must act quickly.

　　Since 2009, there have been a fe global health ergencies, including the 2009 sine flu pandemic (猪流感) and the 2014 outbreak of ebola in West Africa.

　　The ne ronavirus has got attention because of its similarity to SARS hich killed about 800 people across the orld in 2002-2003. So far, the ne ronavirus does not seem to be as deadly as SARS, but there have been more cases.

　　Its declaration uld cause trade and travel restrictions (限制). Those ho have made holiday plans might have their plans affected (受影响的) in so parts of the orld.
