　　1. ho 指人，在定语从句中作主语。例如

　　The person ho broke the indo must pay for it.

　　The boy ho is earing the black jacket is very clever.

　　2. hom指人，在定语从句中作宾语。例如

　　Do you kno the young man (hom) e t at the gate？

　　Mr Lee (hom) you ant to see has e.

　　3. hose 指人，在定语从句中作定语。例如

　　The girl hose mother is ill is staying at ho today.

　　I kno the boy hose father is a professor.

　　4. hich指物，在定语从中作主语或宾语。例如

　　A dictionary is a book hich gives the aning of ords.

　　Here is the book (hich) the teacher ntioned yesterday.

　　5. that多指物，有时也指人，在定语从句中作主语或宾语。例如

　　I’ve read the nespaper that(hich) carries the important nes.

　　Who is the person that is reading the nespaper over there?

　　6. hen 指时间，在定语从句中作状语。例如

　　I’ll never fet the ti hen e orked on the farm.

　　He arrived in Beijing on the day hen I left.

　　7. here 指地点，在定语从句中作状语。例如

　　This is the house here e lived last year.

　　The factory here his father orks is in the east of the city.
