· Professional jobs (skill level A)

· Technical jobs and skilled trades (skill level B)

For the Start-up Visa (SUV) Program, I got a letter of support, if the business fails, ould that affect my PR application

To apply under the SUV program, you must have a qualifying business. A qualifying business ans you created a business that ets the folloing nditions:

· At the ti you get a mitnt from a designated anization: each applicant holds 10% or more of the voting rights attached to all shares of the rporation outstanding at that ti (up to 5 people can apply as oners); AND applicants and the designated anization jointly hold more than 50% of the total voting rights attached to all shares of the rporation outstanding at that ti.

· At the ti you receive your permanent residence: You provide active and ongoing managent of this business from ithin Canada; An essential part of the operations of the business happens in Canada; AND this business is inrporated in Canada
