　　After I get my degree, I plan to start a business. My goal is to make money, a lot of money. Hoever, I can’t fet that there are more important things in life than earning a profit. I must nsider the people I ork ith, the custors I serve, and the munity I live in.

　　My lleagues are a very important part of my business. Without them, I ould not have a business. I depend on them to help carry on the day-to-day operations. I depend on them for their advice on hat to sell and ho to sell it. I must pensate them for their ork. I can’t take large profits ithout sharing ith the people ho made it responsible.

　　Similarly, I ould not have a business ithout my custors. I can never fet that they uld take their business elsehere. I must give them good value for their money. I can’t overcharge them. I must also rember that money is as important to them as it is to . I ant my custors to trust and keep ing back.

　　My employees and I all live in the sa munity as our custors. We are apart of the social life of our munity. We can’t ignore it. We must play an active part in it. I feel it is important that so of the profits my business earns from the munity be returned to the munity. We need to support munity programs like sumr jobs for high school students, campaigns to clean up the parks, and efforts to make the shopping area more attractive.
