  人力资源对于专业背景并没卡得那么严格,文科背景的学生都可考虑转申HR专业。

  人力资源管理到底学什么的?

  以英国大学为例,人力资源管理专业大致可分为两个方向人力资源管理( Human Resource Managent)和国际人力资源管理(International Human Resource Managent)。

  相较而言,人力资源管理专业的实际操作性较强,课程能够让同学接触到人力资源的方方方方面面问题;而国际人力管理专业则注重宏观战略和全球人力密源问题。

  就业方向企业人力资源管理者,HR,招聘,BP等无论企业大小,根本在于人员管理,可见对于该职务的依赖之强;猎聘行业,人才资源成为目前商业社会中最被重视的资源之一,猎聘行业随之发展迅猛。

  哪些大学的人力资源管理专业值得推荐呢?

  伦敦政治经济学院(LSE)

  LSE有2个人力方向,一个主要针对欧洲和英国学生设计,中国学生极少,建议学过社会学的学生转专业申请。学习方法网留学学习方法网介绍,这个专业收50人左右,毕业会有CIPD会员资格。另一个专业是国际劳动关系和HRM,选修课程多,覆盖劳动经济学等诸多领域,更建议国际学生申请,招收的人数多。

  曼彻斯特大学

  曼彻斯特人力好多多,MBS+环发,会挑花眼的。,我们主要说MBS的。国际学生选Intetnational route那个多点,课程相对轻松,如果有留英打算,想必修CIPD课程的,这个可以选dostic route,这个会附加作业和3000字的report,比较烦。第二学期会比较痛苦,量很大时间紧,建议有工作背景申请。

  卡大人力算全英比较强的学校之一,课程设置细致而实用。课程强度比较大,与此,挂科率相对比较高。国外有学生放弃去WBS选择去卡迪夫这个专业。有CIPD认证,收学生中等不算多,体验度不错。

  Warick的hrm不算王牌专业但大牌,因为这个课程对专业背景没有硬性规定。所以申的人多,有CIPD认证,加上华威商学院有钱,资源丰富,专业比较豪,会请些个资深的高级的从业人员来授课,探讨当下热门话题。

  申请要求雅思7.0,两单科7.0,两单科6.0/6.5;英国2:1学位。

  爱丁堡大学

  爱丁堡的的HRM在商学院里,任何专业都能申,2012年开了CIPD认证,这个专业适合以后做培训以及处理员工关系。申请难度比不上曼大和兰卡这些学校,甚至和杜伦比,也会推荐杜伦多一点。
